yea.
at last i have time to blog.
been working the past two days.
the moment i reached home.
after bathing.
i just lied flat on the bed and slept.

got to wake around 6 plus.
and worked through the day.
it really sort of killed me.

hmm ok.
let me tell u some part of my job (=
u can say i am like chef. LOLS.
my job at suntec.
is helped to prepare food for some events.
like buffet and banquets.

we do different kinds of cuisine.
like chinese and western.
we also make appetizers etc.

i learn some experience though.
at least i learn how to cut (0_0)
lols.
oh yeah!
i also learn how to decorate and arrange those food!!!
u know.
everytime when we go for some banquet.
all the dishes are arranged in such a tempting way.
or even make it so appetizing.

i get to make some bread and croissants.
feel quite proud with myself!
heh heh.
never get a chance to do so.
so now i know how tough a "chef" has to go through.

and did anyone notice that.
sometimes when we go to banquet dinner.
some of the food have some small decoration like flower or parsley leaves on it?
dont look down on it ok!
it took a very long time to make it.
everything has to start from the basic.
like plucking every leaf one by one.
and then slowly put them on the food ONE BY ONE.

but is quite fun.
i love to handle food.
maybe because i love to cook and eat?
lols.

i learn the proper and fast way to cut ingredients.
like the onions.
but anyway i HATE cutting onions.
after i cut over there.
because whenever i cut them.
my tears will just unconsciously flowed down!
so embarrassing -.-"
